Am I doing ok for my self?
I work for a Very big company making about 40K a year, I am 23 and have a ***. point in Computer Networking and Repair. Also have some Cisco Certs, Just wondering if that foot scale is ok for my age and experince?

I’m planning for my career and I need to know what exactly I want to become. I hold experience in HTML, XHTML, CSS, RSS, XML, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Flash, Dream Weaver, Fireworks, and Photoshop. I want to learn Perl, XSL, XSLT, e-commerce, and deeply all the major programming and design aspects that get websites. I have a website which I built from the ground up. I used Notepad to write the code and Photoshop to make the metaphors. Basically, I am well-rounded with web design aspects. So what would I send for myself? And what would I get as an annual salary? What if I did freelance? *So confused*

I graduated with a bachelor’s within computer science. I am from Mexico but have lived in the US for roughly 14 yrs. I understand everything in English and I speak English without a flaw, the only thing is that I enjoy an accent. I have be having trouble finding jobs surrounded by my career area. Most don’t even christen me for an interview. So I have lowered my job expectations and presently have been applying for logical support, call center jobs. But they hold told me that my English is not very good. I can’t realize that. I went through college, have profusely of English speaking friends, not once have they told they didn’t understand something I said. I said, economically maybe that’s the same for everyone. Yet I hear other relations from other countries who speak English much much worse than me, yet they have this big paying jobs, same experience, and even less diploma than me. Am I taking the glib opening by quitting?
I started out in this job working on software support I know would be rock-hard to learn. However, the development logic is adjectives over the place and one method to work on one utility is totally different on another. There’s no documents so as I test, its like I’m the guinea pig and hold to write up everything as well. My colleague and manager seem to be to be managing fine. I feel like moving on because its frustrating for me. I guess I want to support something that works more proficiently. Is it because I don’t have that drive or can-do attitude?
