“Gorgeous Prince George’s”…”a livable community.” More than mere marketing, these words describe a vibrant and relaxing place to buy your home in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.

There’s much to make Prince George’s County, MD, appealing to homebuyers. With lower prices than neighboring jurisdictions, in comparison, buyers can purchase more house or land there for their money.

Once you move in and set out the welcome mat, don’t close yourself in…explore!! Learn about your neighborhood, where you’ll find recreation and numerous attractions. The County boasts more than 20,000 acres of public park land, with regional and municipal parks offering picnic spaces, carrousels, mini-golf, and train rides for people of all ages.

Look for special excitement in major attractions such as the new National Harbor at the Potomac River near the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, comprised of The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, fancy eateries, art galleries, and specialty boutiques.

Nearby, the National Archives gives researchers an interactive eye to study American history.
